Image Use & Editing

Clients are welcome to enjoy and share their photos for personal use.
To preserve the artistic integrity of my work, I kindly ask that images not be altered using AI tools or heavy filters when shared publicly.

Copyright

All images are copyrighted by Chizu Takakura Photography.

Booking & Payment

A session is considered booked once payment or a deposit is received.
Session fees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with advance notice depending on availability.

Rescheduling & Weather

Sessions may be rescheduled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
If weather conditions are not suitable, we will arrange a new date based on availability.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used toward any available photography session.
